Coaching
Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of AlchemyXpresso. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.
In general, these guidelines apply for coaching package or session refunds and cancellations:
- The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to information@alchemyxpresso.com .
- Once AlchemyXpresso has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
- If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.
AlchemyXpresso Labworks™
Your purchase of AlchemyXpresso Labworks™ (Leadership Insights Tool and/or Non-tangible irrevocable goods) indicates your commitment to participate in the platform, its associated processes/requirements, and to follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of AlchemyXpresso. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed. In the unlikely event a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.
In general, these guidelines apply for AlchemyXpresso Labworks™ refunds and cancellations:
Leadership Insights Tool
- We do not issue refunds (partial or full) for the Leadership Insight Tool platform and associated content once the order is confirmed and the product is sent/accessed.
- We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or accessing our platform. See Contact us for any issues.
Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")
- We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

Strategic Planning and Meeting Facilitation:
Your purchase of strategic planning and meeting facilitation services indicates your commitment to work with AlchemyXpresso on your project. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of AlchemyXpresso. We ask the Client to be faithful to their commitment, and we commit to offering grace when needed.
In general, these guidelines will apply for strategic planning and meeting facilitation services refunds and cancellations:
- The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to information@alchemyxpresso.com .
- If unexpected circumstances arise, the Client may request to end strategic planning and meeting facilitation services, if the project is not yet complete. The Client can request a refund for the amount pertaining to any hours not yet logged. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.
